How do I place my order online?

Orders are placed on our secure online shop with credit card payment. Choose your product and quantitiy - we'll look after the rest.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.



How does the delivery work?

If you order from the products with "Same Day" delivery ribbon before 11:00am, you will get delivered the same day. If you order after 11:00am, your order will arrive the next day. Our Special Serie cakes are delivered the day after. Please read carefully the shipping information for your selected products. In case of stock unavailability for "Same Day" deliveries, we will inform you immediately on the earliest possible delivery time or cancellation of the order if you wished to. Deliveries are available only within the Geneva canton and free for orders above 30 CHF. We carry your orders with our own delivery cars to ensure it arrives you at its best conditions. For the fastest possible delivery, please make sure you entered the delivery address and name clearly.



Can I, or someone else, pick-up my order from your shop?

Yes! Please make sure you selected "Click & Collect" option at the check-out. This way, your order will be ready waiting for you when you arrived at the shop. Please make sure you entered the requested pick-up time in the notes section at the check-out. Note that the requested pick-up time should be in line with the timings specified in the delivery policy. If someone else will collect your order, please make sure you entered the name of the person in the notes section at the check-out.



Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

For "Same Day" deliveries: Yes, if you call us before 12:00pm. For "Next Day" deliveries: Yes, if you call us before 5:00pm. After those timings, we can not gurantee accomodating your request.



Can I personalize my birthday cake?

Absolutely! We have created 3 categories depending on the intensity of design - Classic, Plus, Premium. You can place your order from any of these categories by referring to the pictures in the gallery. Once your order is received, one of our team members will contact you to discuss about the details of your preferred design (such as colors, name to add, etc.) Not sure which category should you order from? No worries, just give us a call and we will help you find the right one!
